Terms and Conditions for Question Submissions and Gift Offer

 

We appreciate your engagement and are excited to include community-driven content. By submitting a question to our blog, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consent to Use of Submitted Questions: By submitting a question, you grant Nelson Insurance the perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the question content throughout the world in any media. You agree that you will not be credited by name for your submission.

2. Gift as Sole Compensation: In recognition of your contribution, if we use your question in a blog post, we will send you a gift. The value of this gift will not exceed $10. You acknowledge that this gift is the only form of compensation you will receive, regardless of how many questions or ideas you submit.

3. Limitation on Gifts: Only one gift will be provided per household, regardless of the number of submissions made from that household, or number of blogs, questions, or topics generated from your submission.

4. Use of Questions in Blog Topics: Submitted questions may be incorporated into one or more blog posts at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust, adapt, or reformulate any submitted questions to better fit our content and editorial standards.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Nelson Insurance reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
    

By submitting your question, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
